A glimpse of your report

We score what you can change, never your worth.

Each area comes with specific, at-home actions and the research behind them.

Why we exist

The looksmaxxing industry is built on
making you feel bad.

A number flashes on your screen: 5.8 out of ten. Then a list of fixes, and a weekly charge they hope you forget. We think that's backwards.

The other apps

Rate you out of ten to make you anxious
Push surgery, fillers, bone procedures
$3.99 a week, auto-renewing forever
Or $250 for science that's free online
Imply a doctor reviewed you (they didn't)

Facet

Scores only what you can actually change
Real at-home actions, on any budget
One time. No subscription. Ever.
A fraction of the price, every source linked
Honest about exactly how it works
How it works

Three steps. Total honesty at every one.

STEP 01

Upload

A few well-lit photos from the angles we guide you through. No app download, no account spiral.

STEP 02

We analyze

Our model assesses your features against published research on what makes faces read as healthy, balanced, and well-presented.

STEP 03

Your plan

A clear report: where you're already strong, where there's room to grow, and specific at-home steps to get there, with the studies cited.

What actually powers it

Let's be honest about the mechanism.

Most premium services imply a panel of doctors personally studied your face. The science they reference is published and free. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

Expert-trained software, not expert-reviewed photos.

Facet is a comprehensive analysis model built and trained on a large library of peer-reviewed facial-aesthetics research. It cross-references your features against the findings in those studies and translates them into a plan specific to you.

Here's the honest part: you could do this yourself. The studies are public. What you're paying for is the reading, cross-referencing, and translation we did to turn that research into your personalized, actionable report, instantly, for the price of a nice dinner instead of a $250 consultation.

We cite everything. Every recommendation in your report links to the research behind it, so you can read the source yourself.

◆ Radical transparency is the product
The science

Grounded in real, published research.

A sample of the peer-reviewed work the model is built on, all publicly available, all cited in your report.

Much of a face's appeal comes from looking healthy, meaning skin, grooming, and recovery genuinely move the needle.
Rhodes et al., "Perceived Health Contributes to the Attractiveness of Facial Symmetry, Averageness, and Sexual Dimorphism," Perception (2007)
Across 11 world regions, more attractive faces are consistently read as more confident, trustworthy, and competent. The attractiveness halo effect is real and cross-cultural.
Batres & Shiramizu, "Examining the attractiveness halo effect across cultures," Current Psychology (2022)
Facial hair style is a high-leverage, fully controllable variable — for those who grow it, heavy stubble was rated most attractive overall.
Dixson & Brooks, "The role of facial hair in women's perceptions of men's attractiveness," Evolution & Human Behavior (2013)
Averageness and a healthy appearance predict attractiveness more reliably than extreme masculinity or perfect symmetry. You don't need surgery, you need polish.
Lee et al., Scientific Reports (2025); Rhodes, Annual Review of Psychology (2006)

Honest answers

Questions, answered straight.

Is this AI, or do real people review my photos?+
It's software we built and trained on published facial-aesthetics research. No, a doctor isn't personally studying your photo, and we won't pretend one is. You're paying for the analysis the model performs against the research, instantly. Every recommendation is cited so you can verify it.
Will you give me a rating out of ten?+
No. We think rating a person's face out of ten is exactly what makes these apps harmful. We assess specific, changeable areas, skin, grooming, hairstyle fit, definition, and tell you where there's room to grow. Never an overall verdict on you.
Will you ever recommend surgery?+
Never. Every recommendation is something you can do at home, on a budget. Softmaxxing only, grooming, skin, hair, fitness, style. If you want surgical advice, that's a conversation for a licensed professional, not an app.
Is it really one-time?+
Yes. Charged once, plan is yours to keep. Optional extras exist if you want ongoing progress tracking, but nothing recurring is ever required or auto-enabled.
Does this work for women too?+
Yes. The analysis covers skin, hair, facial structure, and grooming for both men and women. The research the model is trained on covers both sexes. Recommendations are tailored to your specific features, not a generic template.
